Right fire up cinema 4 and create a standard sphere


	Later you can play with this to your liking but for now just add a crumple deformation to it


	not brilliant but for now it will suffice Drop it into a hypernurbs object


	Now create a default omni light call it core I will simply give the screen shots for the configuration
